     Aquatic Fitness Class Stretching
All Classes are 1 hour in length.  All have 15 minute warm-up session, 30 minute cardio session and 15 minute cool-down.  Stretching is included in both the warm-up and cool-down.  All classes are also taught by 
USWFA Certified Water Fitness Instructors as well as an Arthritic Foundation Leader.

All Aquatic Fitness Classes are by Punch Card

Arthritis Foundation Certifited Class:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00-11:00 am

Tuesday, Thursday 5:30- 6:30 pm

Instructed by an Arthritic Foundation Leader, Every joint will be moved at least twice before leaving class. You do not need to have arthritis to join this class. Slow to moderate level.

Hydro Fit:  

Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 -7:00 am

Tuesday, Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm 

Moderate to intense aerobics. Fun class that keeps you moving from start to finish. 

(Slightly more intense then water wellness)

 

Water Wellness:

Tuesday, Thursday 3:30-4:30 pm

Light to moderate aerobics. 

Great class that gets your body moving, lets you leave though feeling good and

 ready to take on the day or evening. 

Aqua Fit:

Monday / Wednesday 6:00 -7:00 pm

Tuesday/ Thursday 7:30-8:30 am

 Aqua Fit II:

Monday / Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00 pm  

Tone, Strengthen and increase endurance while enjoying a warm water pool.

We also offer Land Fitness Classes.
