Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic Physical and Occupational Therapy:
We offer one on one Aquatic Physical and Occupational Therapy performed by trained and certified therapist. Aquatic therapy helps to take the weight and stress off of joints which allows for exercises to be performed with more ease as well as giving a larger range of motion. This type of therapy is a great choice for those who cannot tolerate therapy on land.
Providing the perfect setting for effective Aquatic Therapy.
Our Pool has 4 foot and 6 foot depths with easy steps to enter and exit the pool. It also has an easy to use chair lift for people who can not access the pool using the steps. We also offer a bench in the pool where you can sit comfortably as you perform exercises an have water jets massage you. A Badu Jet (swim against resistant jet) transforms our pool into an endless pool and treadmill. A Massage Hose is available for the client that needs a personalized massage in warm relaxing water.

The pool temperature is kept at a warm 89 degrees, the hot tub at 103 degrees and the pool area at 82 degrees. We keep it nice and warm for you! We also have external heaters in the locker rooms to keep you warm and comfortable while you change.
